1. Who we are

Where to Focus (wheretofocus.com) is a productivity application built around identity-driven daily planning. It is developed and operated by TCB, informacijske storitve, Ljubomir Marković s.p., Goriška cesta 51, 3320 Velenje, Slovenia. Tax ID: 90939514. Contact: info@tcb.si.

2. What you're agreeing to

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

We'll do our best to keep these terms reasonable and only change them when necessary. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email before they take effect.

3. Your account

You need an email address and a password to use Where to Focus. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We're not liable for issues arising from unauthorized access to your account if you've shared or inadequately protected your password.

You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

One person, one account. We don't support account sharing.

4. Your content

Everything you create inside Where to Focus, life paths, values, plans, notes, reflections, belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your content.

We store it to provide the service. We don't read it, sell it, or use it to train models. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Content you create in the application, including reflections, daily insights, and value orientations, is treated with discretion. We don't perform automated profiling or analysis of your content.

You're responsible for the content you create. Don't use the service to store or transmit anything illegal or harmful.

5. What we provide

Where to Focus is provided as a web application. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

The service is provided as-is. We're a small team building something we believe in — we'll fix problems when they arise, but we can't guarantee perfection.

6. Pricing and payments

Where to Focus is currently free to use during its early access period. When paid plans are introduced, we'll give existing users clear notice of terms and pricing before any charges apply.

7. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you do, your data is deleted from our systems within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or are inactive for an extended period. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you before doing so, except in cases of serious violations.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TCB, Ljubomir Marković S.P. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Where to Focus. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This doesn't affect statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Slovenia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your country of residence.
